Ghanshyam is a seasoned mentor and innovation consultant with more than 10 years of experience in electronics, embedded technology, and educational robotics. As CEO of Technosankalp Solutions, he plays a vital leadership role, guiding the company’s strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of impactful STEM learning solutions.
He holds an M.Sc. in Electronics and a B.Ed. from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. Ghanshyam is primarily involved in sales, business development, and outreach initiatives, including the Atal Tinkering Lab and start-up incubation programs that promote innovation and entrepreneurship among youth.
